Cardiff Netball Arena is home to Cherubs Angels Netball Club, along with several other sports teams and events hosted by organisations in and around South Wales.
Based in Splott, the Arena has two 100ft x 50ft courts, a café with court-side views, kitchen, office space, shop, bathroom and changing facilities, a variety of sports and training equipment, and a large, free car park for visitors.
Angels Café
Our cosy little café gives visitors a space to watch the action on court, whilst enjoying some food and drink. Fuel yourself with a cheesy jacket potato, top up with a coffee whilst watching your little athletes play or reward yourself after a big training session with a sweet treat. Have a look at our menu.

Advertising and selling
The Cardiff Netball Arena is attended by over 300 people every single week, making it a fantastic place to advertise your business. We offer three promotional/sponsor tiers to fit your business needs, each designed to maximise your exposure with eye-catching banners displayed prominently in our arena.
We also have our on-site shop, which sells a range of netball and active wear from brands like Well The Brand, Wales Netball, Cardiff Dragons and of course, our own Cherubs range. If you have something netball fans or fitness fanatics want, we’d love to hear from you.
A little history…
The idea of the Cardiff Netball Arena was born when Cherubs’ former training ground was destroyed in Storm Darragh. Never staying down for long, sisters Vikki and Shelly took this as a sign to find a permanent place to call home for Cherubs Angels and set about raising the funds to convert a derelict warehouse into a purpose-built sports facility.
“As someone who loves the sport, I’m very passionate about improving the pathway, particularly from grassroots level. I wanted to create a ‘home' feeling for our younger generation so they can enjoy training and competing together in a familiar and inspiring setting.” - Vikki
With help from family, friends, players and supporters, the space was cleaned, painted and transformed into a home for netball and a hub for the local community.
